Delayed or early flights
Your flight will be monitored and driver will know when you are landing actually, no extra fee. That's why we collect your flight information and why you should make sure provided us the correct one.
Driver location
If you're being picked up from a hotel or residence the driver will be in front of the building at the scheduled pickup time. Please have your cell phone ON, and don't forget to turn OFF AIRPLANE MODE, so we may contact you! Please call us in case you cannot locate your driver.
Reservation time
Try to book your reservation in advance. Under 24 hours we may not be able to accomodate!
Departing time for going to the airport
At least 2 hours ahead before departing time, but depends on day of the week, time of the day, traffic, weather, and flight type (domestic or international).
Insurance and licenses
We carry all the required county, and airports required insurance coverage. We have all required licenses for providing passenger transportation. All the drivers have passed criminal background check and drug tested. All the drivers have their DIB's (Driver Identification Badges) up to date.
Children car seats
We can provide children car seats! You may also consider taking the car seat with you since mostly of the states/countries you'll need them anyway, and mostly of the airlines will not charge extra for car seats (please check with your airline).
We may at times feel the need to communicate valuable information to you. This communication can come via email or text and can occur at anytime 24/7. If you feel that at anytime you wish to opt out of this communication, please feel free to notify us at once.
Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 200.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption by minors and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles. Cancellations within 48 hours of reservation would be subject to $25.00 cancellation fee for all airport transfers and for Homecoming/Proms/Hourly's/Nights out etc cancellations are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. Any other cancelled charter there is a $100 cancellation fee.
Cancellations on the same day of service will be charged the full amount. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. heavy rain, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
Despite our careful attention to cleaning and social distancing, we cannot warrant that you will not become infected with COVID-19 while using our services. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and there is a risk of exposure and infection at any time and any place. By using our services, you are acknowledging and accepting these risks.
Client shall fully defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Beyond the Bay Delivery Inc. from any and all claims,
lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever ( including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death), whether brought by an individual or other entity, or imposed by a court of law or by administrative action of any federal, state, or local governmental body or agency, arising out of, in any way whatsoever, any acts, omissions, negligence, or willful misconduct on the part of
Beyond the Bay Delivery Inc. , its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, or volunteers. This indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgments, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements to Beyond the Bay Delivery Inc. for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.
